The exhibitor room block at the Hyatt is very limited for 2009 due to another scheduled event.  Rooms are available for January 15-19, 2009 only.  Therefore, we have additional rooms available at a great rate at the nearby Fairmont (see below).

Dates of exhibitor block are January 7-19, 2009.  If you will be staying at The Farimont, Show Management will be providing complimentary shuttle service for exhibitors before show open and after show close to/from McCormick Place each of the show days for your convenience.  In addition, the Metra Electric Line, which originates at the Randolph Street Station near The Fairmont, is available for service to McCormick Place at the exhibitor's expense.  More detailed information and complimentary shuttle schedule will be posted in the coming months.

The Fairmont Chicago offers Show attendees a special guestroom rate of $137 USD for single/double rooms for the weekend of the Show as part of the city's Winter Delights program.
